Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

If, for any reason, you do need to cancel your reservation with us, please let us know as soon as possible, as we do require a notice of at least one (1) month to avoid any cancellation fees. If a cancellation is received once inside the one-month window, the full payment is non-refundable, however, we would be able to keep the amount paid on file as a credit, to be used again within 6 months of the original date of arrival. You would be responsible for any difference in rate, which may occur when rebooking your visit, if applicable, and all notifications of a cancellation must be received by at least seven (14) days prior to the date of arrival to qualify for the credit. If notice of a cancelation is received after the 14-day grace period, your payment will be forfeited.
*Cancellations for special rates may vary based on the special, non-refundable specials are non-refundable or transferable and do not receive a credit if the booking is cancelled.

Terms and Conditions

Prices – Pricing depends on the unit you are booking and can fluctuate based on the time of year, midweek vs. weekends and our occupancy.
Taxes are based on Sonoma County tax rates, currently at 12% for our TOT plus 2% for a BIA tax to the county.
Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out – A 50% deposit is taken at the point of booking. One month prior to your stay the remaining balance is taken. Please see our cancelation policy for more information on cancelations.
Traveling with Minors – Guests must be over 21 years of age to book our property. Minors are welcome at our vineyard homes however we are not liable for any misconduct of minors. Our homes are not child proof.
Parking – parking is available onsite.
Events – events may not be conducted onsite without a use permit and prior arrangement with the owners.
